"FIGS" 2004 Longford Park, Manchester. Commissioned by C.I.T.E.
Process based research to inform the design of "Organic Reflections" in collaboration with Sound Artist Helmut Lemke.
From dawn chorus to dusk, monitoring bird and animal responses to fig fruits introduced into their habitat in Longford Park’s wildlife garden. Results were relayed to the users of the park to help inform their choice of tree to be planted as an integral element of the permanent sculpture.
