"OAKMEADOW PARK" 2005 IN PROGRESS Permanent public art commission – Stockport MBC
A community garden rich in wildlife. A Public Art work that presents the local community the opportunity to understand biodiversity in the heart of their urban landscape is the starting point. To date, temporary art interventions along with interactive public consultation have taken place in Oakmeadow Park and the local shopping precinct. The park notice board has been used as an “exhibition space” to show the ongoing research and design processes. The process led work and consultation informed the final design. Completion date November 2005
